PitchReach terms

Version public-account-1 · 10 October 2026

PitchReach is operated by Drew & Crew Ltd, United Kingdom. Contact info@drewandcrew.com.

Who accounts are for

Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. Please do not put a child’s name, date of birth, school, contact details or other identifying information in notes or messages. You may browse the organisation map without a PitchReach account.

Research and saved information

The directory is incomplete and venue points may be approximate. Evidence labels show the status of the research; they do not guarantee current provision, admission or eligibility. Confirm venue locations, opportunities, dates, costs and eligibility directly with the organisation before making travel or payment arrangements.

Saved comparisons record your selections. They are not a national opportunity assessment. Opportunity coverage is incomplete. Opted-in alerts match the clubs, regions, nearby areas and opportunity types you select; they do not guarantee current availability or admission. Paid coaching is labelled separately from recruitment. Wider organisation coverage and the national opportunity assessment remain under development.

Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in links private. Keep research notes lawful and respectful. Do not misuse the service or attempt to access another person’s records. We may restrict access where needed to protect the service or its users.

Availability and charges

PitchReach is currently free to use. Features and availability may change during development. No paid subscription is created by signing in. Download or separately retain information that you need to keep.

Your choices

Opportunity marketing is optional and requires a separate choice. You can change its preferences in your account. You can download active account data and permanently delete your account in the account controls. Deletion requires a recent sign-in and explicit confirmation. For help with supplier-held records or an account request, contact info@drewandcrew.com.

These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Read our privacy notice before creating an account.

Journey estimates

Car and bus estimates depend on traffic, timetables, an approximate starting point and the researched venue location. Confirm the entrance and service before travelling. Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
