PitchReach privacy notice
Updated 13 October 2026 · account export and deletion
Drew & Crew Ltd, United Kingdom, operates PitchReach and is responsible for its application records. Our monitored privacy contact is info@drewandcrew.com.
Information we use
For an optional adult account, Supabase stores your email address, account identifier, sign-in information and the adult confirmation and terms version submitted with signup. It also stores your saved organisations, follows, research notes, comparison selections and notification preferences. If you choose nearby opportunities, notification preferences also store a rounded approximate starting point, an area label and a distance radius. The complete postcode is used only in your browser and is not saved to your account. Postcode dataset requests include the outward postcode district, which may appear in hosting logs. Town searches use approximate local authority area centres. Enabled notification preferences include the consent version and date. Never put identifying information about children into notes.
Why we use it
We use account information and saved records to provide the account features you request. We use security and operational information for our legitimate interests in protecting and maintaining the service, and contact information to answer your enquiries. Optional opportunity marketing depends on your separate consent. Browsing does not require an account or marketing consent.
Service providers and browser storage
Vercel hosts PitchReach. Supabase provides authentication and the database; its project is configured in London. Fasthosts provides the mailbox used to send sign-in and opted-in opportunity emails. When you choose to check a journey, Google Maps receives your approximate starting coordinates, researched venue coordinates and departure time. Google route estimates are displayed temporarily and are not saved in your account. We store per-account daily and minute request counters to limit routing costs, and aggregate daily totals separately. Counters do not contain journey coordinates or destinations; account counters are included in your export and removed when you delete your account. Aggregate day counters contain no account identifiers or journey details. See Google’s Privacy Policy. OpenStreetMap receives map tile requests, including the areas you view and network information. Supplier logs, backups, support access and international processing may differ from the database region; we do not claim all information stays in the UK.
Supabase stores a session and sign-in verification information in your browser so the account can stay signed in. Signing out clears the application session. Browser restoration and downloaded copies are outside our application’s deletion controls. PitchReach has no application advertising or tracking analytics.
Notification preferences
Following an organisation does not subscribe you to emails. Delivery requires an explicit saved opt-in and matching verified listings. Supabase stores delivery status, event revision and consent time to prevent duplicate messages, plus hashed unsubscribe tokens and unsubscribe or bounce holds. Fasthosts receives the recipient address and email content. A read-only monitor checks standard delivery-status reports containing PitchReach alert message identifiers; it does not alter mailbox messages or save report content in the application. You can turn emails off in your account or use the unsubscribe link in any opportunity email. A message already handed to the mail service cannot be recalled. Withdrawal does not affect your account access or saved choices.
Retention and deletion
Your saved records persist until you remove them or request account deletion. You can download your active account data as JSON or permanently delete your account using the account controls. Deletion revokes refresh sessions and removes active account and alert records; it does not recall sent emails or delete your downloaded copies, support correspondence or supplier logs and backups. Automatic retention cleanup and a separate consent-history register are not yet implemented. Provider log and backup retention periods remain under review. Contact us about retention before submitting records that you need deleted on a specific schedule. Removing a saved record does not guarantee immediate removal from supplier backups or logs.
Support emails are held in the company’s mailbox. We review them according to the ongoing need to resolve an enquiry; provider trash and backup retention are separate. We do not sell your account records or create child advertising profiles.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email our privacy contact for assistance. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
This notice describes the current service. Supplier retention review continues; contact us for questions about supplier-held records.
